How It Works

Getting Started

Send us your favourite photos, and share anything you have in mind! I’ll suggest the best photos for reference. It may be possible to combine photos or change expressions – I’m open to ideas and will advice the best way forward.

Alternatively, book a photoshoot with us and pick your favourites for reference.

Pricing

These are our most popular sizes. Prices are based on one person in the painting based faithfully on a photographic reference, with a simple or abstract background:

Oil painting on canvas

40 x 51 cm (16 x 20 in, ~A2 size): SGD1615

51 x 76 cm (20 x 30 in, ~A1 size): SGD2205

Watercolour painting on paper

20 x 25 cm (7.5 x 10 in, ~A4 size): SGD850

31 x 41 cm (12 x 16 in, ~A3 size): SGD1200

Prices increase with more faces to paint, or with more complex backgrounds and requirements. 

Custom or non-standard sizes are absolutely possible. The maximum size is beyond 2-meters for oil paintings, and up to 51x76cm (20″x30″, ~A1 size) for watercolors. Please let us know your specific requests, we’ll gladly discuss the best options to make your artwork truly memorable.

How long will it take?

Depending on schedule, watercolours can be done within a fortnight. Oil paintings usually takes at least 4 weeks due to much longer preparation and drying times. For all media, please allow more time for larger and more complex pieces, and if framing is required.

Urgent jobs may be possible. Please enquire, we’re happy to discuss your specific requests.
